Fixed issue where subscription bonuses were not given when player did a full restart of the game after reset time.
Projectiles are now cleared after each level. This should stop levels skipping due to left over projectiles destroying the crystal.
Fixed an issue where leaderboard was not being displayed if a player had been deleted.
Improved ad loading logic.
